🏈 Cleveland Browns News Update
Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski has named Dillon Gabriel as the team’s No. 2 quarterback for the 2025 NFL season. Veteran Joe Flacco will remain the starter (QB1), while rookie Shedeur Sanders has been moved to the third spot (QB3).
Gabriel earned the backup role after a strong preseason, completing 25 of 37 passes for 272 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. With Kenny Pickett traded to the Raiders and Tyler Huntley released, Gabriel’s promotion solidifies the Browns’ QB depth chart heading into Week 1 vs. the Bengals.
